It’s that time of year again: Törggele season has begun, and we’re delighted to invite you to join us once more!

We’ll begin at 5.30 pm with our house wine and a warm soup by the fire. Then it’s time to get to work. Around our long, shared table, we’ll serve a traditional Marende – with a few not-so-traditional touches.

Meanwhile, Martin will roast chestnuts over the open fire, which will then be served warm with butter. And to finish the evening on a sweet note, we’re very happy to bring back last year’s dessert hit: homemade chocolate pudding, slowly stirred over the fire and served with freshly whipped cream.

Here’s to good times, perhaps a few too many chestnuts, even more Speck, and long, cosy hours gathered around the fire and the table.
