One evening, one table – like a big family dinner

We start with an aperitivo at 6.30 pm, followed by dinner at one long table in our garden - everyone at the same time. The courses flow into one another, everything is served in the middle of the table, passed around, tasted and shared. Just like a big family dinner, where it’s not only about the food, but about coming together. We cook with whatever the gardens of our trusted farmers have to offer at the moment. We end the evening with something sweet, this time probably with homemade vanilla ice cream, fresh figs from our garden and an almond cake. Aperitivo, our homemade wine and water are included.
