Friendly Takeover: Julia and Core - Markt 28

For the last Friendly Takeover in 2024, we are delighted to have our friends Julia and Core with us.

Julia and Core spent six months working side by side at Otto Restaurant in Berlin, Julia in the kitchen and Core in the front-of-house. It quickly became clear to them that their journey in food was better when taken together. As a team they currently run Markt 28, a pop-up restaurant in the wine-making region of Pfalz. Markt 28 is a blend of their favourite things- french bistro vibes, local produce and regional wines, and a little cheeky Berlin edge.

For one night the duo will team up with the crew of Ottmanngut and cook up a 4 course sharing menu including the seasons freshest produce and some favorites from their time in Pfalz.
