Pop-Up Restaurant

Ethel Hoon and Jakob Zeller are visiting us. After Jämtland, Berlin and Vorarlberg, our dear friends are now continuing their culinary journey in Merano and we are very happy about it. This idea for a collaboration has been brewing for years now; over hikes in and around Meran, over breakfast pancakes and coffees, over shared meals and bottles of wine. And finally it’s coming to life.

Jakob and Ethel have crafted a menu that draws on Singapore's melting pot of different food cultures, from Chinese to Malay to Indian, as well Ethel’s memories from home. It will be festive, flavorful, and fun, and will surely transport your taste buds to the bustling hawker centres and multi-cultural restaurants of tropical Singapore.

Thursday to Saturday dinner, Sunday lunch
Closed on 23th, 24th and 31st of December.

A reservation is necessary and can be done here.

For all those who do not want to leave after dinner: On these days there is also the possibility to stay overnight here at Ottmanngut:

15. – 17. december
21. – 23. december
27. - 31. december

Our focus this month is on the restaurant, so you can book a table and, if you wish, stay overnight. An overnight stay without a visit to the restaurant is therefore not possible.

Here are the hard facts regarding an overnight stay:

Room rate: € 100,00 per person per night
Check-in: 16.00 - 18.00 (check-in outside this time is not possible)
Simple breakfast: 9.00 am for everyone at the same time
Check-Out: 10.30 am
